LATE REGISTRATIONS
As from 1 December 2010, an additional R500 will be levied for late registrations. (please view the section "Deadlines" below for more information).
Delegates who do not wish to make use of the above mentioned accommodation are advised that accommodation in Stellenbosch during January should be reserved early to avoid any disappointment.

NITheP has 20 fully supported (i.e. conference fee, accommodation and travel) grants available to students.
Accommodation for STUDENT GRANT category participants will be IN 18 Jan 2011 OUT 30 Jan 2011 in order to take part in the preliminary lectures.
Students from other countries in Africa will also be considered for NITheP supported grants.
PLEASE NOTE: To apply, students must submit a complete study record and a letter of support from the Supervisor or HOD.
Those wishing to be considered for Student Grants must:
(1) Complete and submit the online registration form by 15 November 2010.
(2) Obtain a letter from your HOD or Supervisor and upload it along with your complete study record by using our online registration form (on this page).
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING REGARDING STUDENT GRANTS: Students supported by NITheP are expected to attend all lectures, tutorials, to complete homework assignments and possible evaluations. These Grants will be made available on the basis of academic merit.Tutor positions available
NITheP has Tutor positions available for senior PhD, Post Doc or Faculty members.
Accommodation for Tutor category participants will be made IN 18 Jan 2011 OUT 30 Jan 2011 as it will be expected from Tutors to assist and lecture students in the preliminary lectures.
The positions will be fully sponsored i.e. accommodation, registration, conference fee and travel.
Tutors are expected to lead tutorials and actively engage with the tutoring of students.

22 November 2010: Student Grant applicants and Tutor applicants will be informed
1 December 2010: Deadline for early bird payment, conference fees and accommodation.
1 to 15 December the Registration fee will be increased with an additional R500.
15 December 2010: Final date of payment. No late payments will be accepted.

Please note that accommodation for Student Grant Category participants and for Tutor Category participants will be on a sharing basis. If you are interested in a single room, please see the applicable rate below.
PLEASE NOTE: Since reserved accommodation is limited to 39 places (two per room), accommodation is made available on a FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED basis. The cost for the above accommodation is quoted per person sharing and is as follows:
R440 per person per night sharing, including Bed and Breakfast.
R660 per person per night single room, including Bed and Breakfast.
School attendees who do not wish to make use of this accommodation are requested to make their own reservations and arrangements for payment with Bed and Breakfast establishments.

Transport between Cape Town International Airport and the School venue will be organised for all lecturers at the beginning and end of the School.
General Category Participants:
A Shuttle transport service between Cape Town International airport and the School will be available for participants at the beginning and end of the School. Please provide us with your travel choice when requested to do so when registering online.
