    Title: Generalized Radially Self-Accelerating Helicon Beams

    Abstract: A new class of optical beams will be presented that show a radially self-accelerating and non-diffracting behaviour. These beams continuously evolve along spiralling trajectories while maintaining their amplitude and phase distribution in their rotating rest frame. A detailed insight into the theoretical origin and characteristics of radial self-acceleration will be provided and shown to be experimentally feasible. Our work generalizes the study of classical Helicon Beams to a complete set of solutions for rotating complex fields.
